When you volunteer your time for An Hour for Others you instantly become a part of our family. We don't care what your skills are or how much time you have to give, we just appreciate your support. 

Volunteering is not just good for our community, but it's also rewarding for those involved. And, it's a fantastic way to meet new friends; friends that you will have for life. 

Our volunteers generally work within our five main areas of support - Home Refurbishments, Unity in the Community, Acts of Kindness, Children's Groups and Health & Wellbeing. We have people with all sorts of amazing skills supporting us and we're always on the look-out for more. 

From litter-pickers to yoga teachers, plumbers to musicians, footballers to chefs; every little really does help! You can read some of our volunteer stories for inspiration and then hopefully you'll be ready to join our family today.
