This free 4 hour workshop gives you the tools and techniques to massively reduce stress and anxiety in your life and begin to enjoy a much happier, healthier life.  You will discover how too much stress and anxiety affects the brain and how it responds.  Through powerful NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy you will implement subtle changes in your daily routine to begin reducing stress.  You will learn the power of positive mindset and techniques you can use during stressful situations. 

The workshop is delivered by AHFO founder Kevin Morland and will be run from AHFO hub 657-659 West Derby Rd Liverpool L13 8AG. As well as many years of working to improve lives in his community Kevin is also a qualified master practitioner of NLP and a solution focused hypnotherapist.
