AHFO Meeting for Parents & Guardians.

AHFO MEETING FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

We are holding a meeting at our hub for parents and guardians of children who attend groups or activities with AHFO.  This includes weekly groups, development programmes or half term and summer activities. If you children are involved in any of these it is really important you attend this meeting. 

We have a number of issues to speak about so everybody is clear about how our groups and activities run. We need to make sure everybody understands our booking on system and it's importance, memberships, expectations of parents and children during our activities, mobile phone issues, fundraising and more.   We also have evaluation forms we need completing by children and adults, this is vital for us to assess the progress and development of all children involved.

You will of course have the chance to ask any questions at the end of our meeting and one of the team will be on hand to help with any on line or membership issues.
