Pure Gym Liverpool Edge Lane free weekly circuit class for AHFO 

We are over the moon to once again be teaming up with more pure souls at pure gym!! Manager Chris has always been really keen to offer free sessions to AHFO, Chris has kindly offered to deliver his amazing free classes just for our adults every Friday at 11am.

Chris is an expert PT instructor and tailors sessions to each individuals needs and fitness levels.  Come along and get your health & fitness back on track and get your weekend off to a flyer!! The sessions take place at Pure Gym's brilliant new facility in Edge Lane retail Park Liverpool.  

Lifts may be available each week from our hub.
