Our first cultural/holistic coffee morning!

Hungarian, Holistic morning in Tuebrook!

We had our first cultural/holistic coffee morning at the hub and it went really well. Each month a member of our community from another part of the world will deliver a taste of their culture, bringing food along and discussing life in their homeland and what things they feel could help our community that their community may do different. Young mum Martha who arrived in Liverpool from Budapest in Hungary hosted our first day.    

The lovely Maureen Gildea is another lovely holistic professional who gives her time helping others. Maureen comes along to our coffee mornings each week and delivered a powerful mindfulness discussion and practice which really helped everyone relax and learn about the magic of being mindful.  Great little day seeing community connect.
